We ship to Australian addresses only.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping options and costs
- Standard shipping: $10 flat rate (3–7 business days)
- Express shipping: $15 flat rate (1–3 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and may vary, particularly to regional or remote areas.
Packaging Records are shipped in reinforced mailers to protect against bending and damage in transit. T-shirts are shipped in compostable satchels where possible.
Lost or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or doesn't turn up within a reasonable timeframe, get in touch within 14 days of the dispatch date and we'll sort it out.
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover the cost of redelivery if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
